HOW DO Ü RÖSTI?

Rösti’s are the perfect appetizer, accompaniment to a meal or as a grab and go snack on the run. Experience the crispy potato deliciousness in under 20 minutes from freezer to crispy using an air fryer or 25 minutes in a conventional oven.

Breakfast/Brunch – Rösti Benedict

Start with a Stuffed Baked Potato Rösti placed on a bed of sautéed swiss chard, topped with a poached egg, hollandaise sauce, garnished with fresh chopped chives, pepper and served with steamed asparagus.

For a Perfectly Poached Egg

  • Crack 2 eggs into a ramekin or bowl, set aside
  • Boil water in a saucepan
  • Add 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • When boiling, use a spoon to stir the water in a circular motion to create a whirlpool
  • Pour the eggs into the boiling water and set timer for 4 mins.
  • Using a slotted spoon, carefully take out the eggs and put on a paper towel.

Prepare hollandaise sauce per package instructions.  Place Rösti’s on a plate.  Top each with a poached egg and pour hollandaise sauce over both.  Finish with fresh chives, flake salt and pepper

As an appetizer, try different dipping sauces like herb aioli, ranch or French dressing, onion dip or flavored ketchups.

  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 4 TBS Ketchup
  • 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
